The shoe is uncomfortable	Insole	Choose the right insole to your necessity. Fit its size (using the numeration pattern chart) and put it inside the shoe.
The shoe is getting wet in rain, accumulates dirtiness and gets easily stained	Proofing Spray	The surface to be applied must to be previous clean and dry. Apply a constant layer in all area, moistening it with the product. Let it dry for 15 minutes and then apply a second layer, waiting for 15 minutes more. And it’s ready to use. Your shoes are now protected, without modification in its original characteristics as color, touch, porosity, etc. Repeat this operation in 30 or 45 days.
Your sneaker needs cleaning	Sneaker Cleaner	Apply the foam on a clean and soft sponge. Rub the dirty area. In case of the dirtiness got deep into the fibers it will be necessary to get the sneaker wet to allow a better penetration of the foam deep in the pores.

Wait for the complete dry e shine it with a brush or soft cloth.
	Mousse in spray version for purses, jackets, clothes or upholstered items	Apply the mousse in sprays directly and regularly on the surface. Wait for the complete dry e shine it with a brush or soft cloth.
Leather is shine less and needs a fast shine	Polishing Kerchief	Tear up the package. Pick up the moistened kerchief and rub it over the entire surface. There you go. Your article is now shining.
	Express Shine	Get the package and open it. The applier sponge will be released. Apply it over the entire surface. An instant and dry shine will come up and your article is ready-to-use.
	Self-Shine Sponge	Release the applier sponge from its cradle. Apply it in circle movement regularly over the entire surface. The shine is immediate and oiliness and greasiness.
	Dr. Shine	Open the top. Squeeze it and apply regularly over the entire surface especially on the most affected areas. Scratches will fade out and you’ll get an instant shine.

Chamois is ugly (parched, pale, lost its velvet touch and hardened)	Metallic Brush and Renewal Spray	Brush the entire surface by using the metallic brush to remove the dust and comb the fibers to a same direction. Give special attention to the locals of more friction (heel, beak and side shoes for example) because at these locals the fibers are folded. After brushing and at a distance near to 20cm, spray (in jets) the Spray Renewal in the entire surface to be treated. There you go; your article will retrieve the original looking of a brand new one. It’s ideal for periodic maintenance. Always use the Renewal Spray in the same color of the article.
Chamois is dirty (dirtiness all over the article)	Cleaner Spray (Foam)	1 - Remove all the ornaments possible (insole and shoestring – if they are shoes – handles and clasps – if they are purses, etc); 2 - Get wet the entire article wet with clean water; 3 - Apply the foam of the Spray Cleaner in a sponge (non-abrasive) or with a soft brush. 4 - Rub all the article (in parts) to get a better distribution of the cleaner foam; 5 - Rinse the piece in clear and streaming water; 6 - Dry it in the shade in an airy place watching out to remove the product from the entire piece; 7 - After completely dry, use the Metallic Brush combing the fibers in a same direction; 8 - If necessary, finish the treatment by using the renewal spray and after with the Proofing Spray.
It dropped sauce, oil and grease, baton in jackets, pants or purses (even localized or punctual)	Dry Cleaner	1 - Remove the excess of dirtiness (if it happens) with a dry, clean and soft cloth; 2 - At a distance up to 10cm apply the Dry Cleaner onto the affected part until moisten it. 3 - Wait for 30 seconds. After this, using a soft, clean and dry cloth, rub the affected area removing the dirtiness the now migrated to the surface. 4 - Put the article in an airy place, in the shade, to allow its total dry. 5 - Using the Metallic Brush comb the fibers at the same direction.
Chamois is old looking and discolored	Metallic Brush and Spray Renewal	Remove all the dust using the Metallic Brush and comb the fibers (especially in the heel, sides and beak of the shoes, or in the corner of the purses). After this brushing, apply (in jets) the Spray Renewal at a distance up to 20cm, watching out to a regular distribution over the entire surface, avoiding concentration in determined areas. After this, your article is ready to be used and retrieved the new look.
